Screen Overview #
This is a support center where you can solve questions arising during app usage through FAQ or leave 1:1 inquiries to the customer center.
Feature Details #
- FAQ Search
Location: Search bar at top of screen
Functionality: You can quickly find curious contents by entering keywords. Related questions are recommended in real-time when entering search terms.
Notes: 1:1 inquiry button is provided at the bottom of the screen, and you can inquire about problems that cannot be solved through FAQ. - Category Filter
Location: Below search bar
Functionality: You can view related FAQ contents by collecting them by selecting a specific category. - FAQ List
Location: Center of screen
Functionality: Frequently asked questions are displayed in list form. Tapping an item expands the answer content. - 1:1 Inquiry Button
Location: Button at bottom of screen
Functionality: For problems not solved by FAQ, you can request help directly through 1:1 inquiry. Pressing the button moves to My Inquiry History screen.
Notes: If there are no 1:1 inquiries, you can register inquiry content immediately. If there is existing inquiry content, inquiry history screen is provided. - Inquiry History
Location: 1:1 Inquiry Screen
Functionality: Check past written inquiry history and answer status. Pending or answered status information is provided depending on answer completion status. - Register Inquiry
Location: Button at bottom of Inquiry History screen
Functionality: You can write a new inquiry. Enter inquiry type (Category), title (Title), content (Content), and you can attach images and charging history.
Specific Scenarios #
- Inquiry Answer Registration Complete
When an answer to the inquiry registered by the user is completed, an inquiry answer registration completion mail is sent via email.
→ The sent email contains only content (text), and attached images can be checked in the app.
