Who we are and what this agreement does
We, HUMAX Electronics Co. Ltd. (company number NI032153), located at Forsyth House, Cromac Square, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT2 8LA, license you to use:

• The Humax Installer mobile application software, including all updates and supplements (the “App”);
• The related online documentation (“Documentation”); and
• The associated installer management services accessible via the App (“Service”).

Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process your personal data, is available at https://humaxcharging.com/uk/privacy-policy/.

Consent to process personal data
By using the App, you explicitly consent to our collection and processing of personal data, including company details and certification information, necessary for installation services, warranty activation, and customer support.

Operating system requirements
This App requires Apple’s iOS (version 12.4 or later) or Google’s Android OS (version 21 or later) with at least 1GB of memory.

Installer Certification Requirements

• Certification Mandatory Requirement
  To register and use the App, installers must hold a valid NICEIC certification or an equivalent electrical installation qualification. Registration will not be completed without providing proof of such certification.
• Obligation to Provide Certification
  Installers must promptly provide a copy of their valid NICEIC or equivalent certification upon request by Humax. This request may occur during any investigation into installation issues, product faults, or warranty claims.
• Consequences of Non-compliance
  Failure to provide requested certification documents or providing false certification details will result in immediate suspension or termination of the installer’s access to the App and associated services. Any resulting liabilities or costs will be the sole responsibility of the installer.

Installer Information Accuracy

• Information Collection for Database Management
  Humax will collect basic company information from installers, including company name, business address, and contact details, for the purpose of database management. Installers must consent to this data collection to use the App.
• Accuracy and Update of Information
  Installers must ensure that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and current. Any changes to provided information must be immediately updated within the App or communicated directly to Humax.
• Consequences for Inaccurate Information
  If Humax discovers false or inaccurate information, Humax reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the App and related services. Installers will bear full responsibility for any losses or liabilities arising from inaccurate or false information.

Licence restrictions
You agree that you will:

• Not rent, lease, sub-license, loan, or distribute the App or Service;
• Not copy, adapt, or modify the App or Service, except for backup purposes;
• Not reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code from the App.

Acceptable use restrictions
You must not:

• Use the App unlawfully, fraudulently, maliciously, or in a way that infringes intellectual property rights;
• Transmit offensive, harmful, or objectionable material through the App;
• Compromise or interfere with the security or functionality of our systems.

Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights in the App, Documentation, and Services belong exclusively to Humax Electronics. These rights are licensed (not sold) to you solely for permitted use.

Our responsibility
We will only be liable for foreseeable losses directly caused by our failure to comply with these terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically and will notify you of any changes. Continued use of the App following notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Termination
We may terminate your access if you violate these terms significantly. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App and delete it from all devices.

Governing law
These terms are governed by English law, and disputes can be brought in English courts.
