In this case, the charger setup may not be completed properly.&#8221;<br>&#8211; &#8220;Continue Installation&#8221; button: Continues the installation process.<br>&#8211; &#8220;Exit&#8221; button: Returns to the main screen, and the charger setup may not be completed.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Offline Mode Limitations Notice<\/strong><br>Displays a message explaining the features that are restricted after Offline Mode is applied. &#8211; A warning message appears in the centre of the screen.<br>&#8211; &#8220;Control via server, network connection, load balancing, and LED settings are not available in offline mode.&#8221;<br>&#8211; Informs that server control, network connection, load balancing, and LED settings are unavailable in Offline Mode.<br>&#8211; With this warning message, you can proceed to the next step (RFID settings) by pressing the &#8220;Next&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Configuration via BLE:<\/strong> All network settings are encrypted and transmitted to the charger via a BLE connection. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wi-Fi Scan Frequency:<\/strong> The charger scans for nearby Wi-Fi networks when the Wi-Fi dropdown is opened, and rescans upon user request. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Offline Mode:<\/strong> When enabled, the charger does not attempt to connect to a server and can only be controlled via BLE and RFID. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2.4GHz Only:<\/strong> The charger supports only the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band, and 5GHz networks will not be detected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FAQ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Q. When should Offline Mode be used?<\/strong><br>&#8211; It is used when operating the HS71007 model independently without an internet connection.<br>&#8211; In Offline Mode, charging can only be controlled via the app or an RFID card, and remote monitoring and OTA updates are not available.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Q. The Wi-Fi password is correct, but the connection fails.<\/strong><br>1) <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Check whether the router supports the 2.4GHz band.<\/span><br>2) <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Ensure the correct SSID has been selected.<\/span><br>3) <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Try restarting the router.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><\/span><br>4) Reduce the distance between the charger and the router.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Q. I selected LAN, but the settings are not saved.<\/strong><br>&#8211; Ensure the LAN cable is physically connected to the charger. After connecting the cable, press the &#8220;Apply and Next&#8221; button to save the settings.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Q. The charger restarts after applying network settings. Is this normal?<\/strong><br>&#8211; Yes, depending on the firmware version, the charger may restart to apply the network configuration. The restart typically takes about 1\u20132 minutes.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Q. Where can I find the Connection Service URL?<\/strong><br>&#8211; The default OCPP server URL is set automatically. If using a custom server, you can obtain the URL from your service provider and enter it manually.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Q. Can I change previously configured network settings?<\/strong> <br>&#8211; Yes. When you reconnect to the charger via the installer app, the existing settings will be displayed.
